For the safety of all animals in our care, we require proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP for dogs; Rabies for cats) prior to or at the time of the first appointment. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if vaccination records cannot be provided.
Please inform us of any known health conditions, behavioral concerns, or physical limitations your pet has. We may decline to perform certain services if we believe they would cause undue stress or risk to the animal. We are not a veterinary clinic and are not equipped to provide medical care.
In cases of severe matting, we may need to perform a shave-down rather than a standard groom. Dematting a severely matted coat can be painful and stressful for the animal. We will contact you if this situation arises and will discuss options with you before proceeding.
Prices listed on our website and in promotional materials are starting prices and may vary based on pet size, coat condition, coat type, and the time required. We will provide a final price estimate at the time of booking or at drop-off before beginning services.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
Pet grooming involves inherent risks. Some animals become stressed or anxious during grooming, which can occasionally result in injury to the pet or to groomers. Senior pets, pets with health conditions, or pets with behavioral issues carry additional risk. By bringing your pet to our salon, you acknowledge these inherent risks.
We take every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet. However, we cannot be held liable for minor cuts, irritations, or stress responses that may occur during the grooming process, provided that we have exercised reasonable care.
