For dogs, we'll need proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHPP). For cats, Rabies vaccination is required. If your pet has a known skin condition or allergy, a quick heads-up by phone beforehand is always helpful.
It varies by size, coat type, and service. A Bath & Blow Dry for a small dog usually takes 1–1.5 hours. A Full Groom for a larger breed or a heavily matted coat can be 2.5–3.5 hours. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book.
We ask that owners drop off and return at pickup time. Some pets become anxious or distracted when their owner is nearby, which can make the grooming process more stressful for the animal. We'll keep you updated throughout.
Please let us know before booking. We accommodate senior pets and animals with certain conditions but need to be informed in advance. For pets with significant health concerns, we recommend getting clearance from your vet first.
